New Ticket Admin Alert – Not Sent

Hello,
Trying to track down the cause of the ‘New Ticket admin alert’ email not being sent.Instead, two emails are sent to the user. One that reflects the New ticket Email Template, and another with a subject line: “JS Tickets: New Ticket” – which appears to be an original email template from the install of this plugin? I can’t even find an email template in my site, that still contains that subject line.
Configurations / Default alert email & Default admin email
– both set to a working address for Administrator where I want the alerts to go.
Configurations / Mail Setting / Admin / New ticket / EnabledAny suggestions?
