• HELP! I accidently downloaded a .zip folder of a new WP theme for my site. When I activated it (before realizing my error), it made my site disappear. If you try to access it, it isn’t there anymore! HALP!!!

if you FTP to your site, are the WordPress files still there?

Hey Rich, How do I do that?

Please help, I dont know what happened, my site was almost built and now when I want to log into my admin this comes up: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/sweethom/public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/magazine-basic/functions.php on line 1137

Is there a way to get in to my admin panel user again?

    Thanks.

you can disable the theme by FTP’ing to your site and renaming the
    wp-content/themes/YOUR-THEME
directory. Providing of course you still have the twentyten theme installed, WordPress will pick up and use that after you have renamed the directory of the theme causing the error.

Obviously you’ll need an FTP client (software) or you might be able to rename via your websites control panel.

    Your are the best!
