New Theme: Be Nice

Real nice theme.

Please, isn’t there anyone how can test this theme with WordPress 2.0 ?

i’d like to switch the wrench.gif icon by each category

i’d like to modify the position of the arrow in the sidebar due to not oversee it on the text of menu if it’s longer than one line: for example the rss feeds.

The wrench.gif is only seeing by you, no one else will see this images because you are the admin and its displayed only to the admin.

for the arrows in the sidebar, search this in your CSS:
‘#sidebar ul {
list-style-type : none;
margin : 0 0 5px 15px;
}’
and modify to your desire (15px).

Some question, do you now CSS ? because that all things you could done yourself without asking me.
And its not my purpose to help everybody to change my layout to theire desire.
If you want to change my Theme, youre a bit on youre one.
I give support if its not working (without changes made to the XHTML and CSS)

Nice theme; I like the colors. However, in order for me to use the theme, I have to ditch the scantily-clad woman in the top left — what image controls that? Many thanks.

what image controls that ??

look in to the images directory and look for an picture called “header.gif” that looks pretty mutch the same as the one with the woman

I’m confused by youre question, wat would be the next question, how to change the title ?

i know css
but, although I change the margin, the arrow has not a good position, and, if i solve the position in the feeds, i have a new problem in the rest of menu

So its a fact, the Theme Be Nice works on WP 2.0.
A proof can be seen on Carolins site after you use the themeswitcher there (choose Be Nice)

Giga: I found the header.gif file; I just need to remove the woman from the graphic. Can I simply use #fff for the background and totally remove the graphic file?

Regarding language, yes I found that bablefish at altavista can translate Dutch to English and was able to translate the few lines.

For removing the woman, I noticed an Adobe Photoshop PSD file in the images folder. If you open that in Photoshop you can simply hide the layer with the woman and re-save for web as a GIF.
