    New testimonials customers write sometimes are not being accepted and do not show up on the admin-area list. This is an intermittent problem – the worst kind! I can’t replicate it, but customers out in the field swear they are writing a testimonial but they don’t show up. One even took a video of his writing one!

    What can we do about this issue?

    Thank you so much for sending those screenshots! We tried this on our end (on a test site) and unfortunately we were unable to replicate the same issue. I also went to your site and was able to successfully enter a testimonial – it should be under the name Miha/Mihaela. Do you see it on the back-end?

    Hi Mihaela,

    Yes, I see your testimonial. I’ve added several of my own, both on desktop and on smartphone, and they all showed up.

    A customer sent a testimonial via email that she claimed to have tried to enter three times, none of them being accepted. There are other customers making similar claims. It could be possible the customer is not pressing the “add testimonial” button – it is very, very small and easily overlooked. I made it larger and more prominent in hopes people will see the need to click it for the testimonial to take.

    I understand how tricky it is to track down an intermittent error, especially when reported by customers. I think you have done everything you could. I suspect customer error in that they are not clicking the “add testimonial” button.

    The owner of the website – I am the webmaster – is quite upset. I will continue to use Strong Testimonials in the present, but frankly, I’m looking at other plugins that do not have this problem. I really like your plugin and regret we have had this problem with it.
