Hey there, few days ago there was a major release 2.0 which introduced New templates for calculator settings. It can be helpful but it has taken 180 degree shift. We have 3 thousands products in our store which were configured and setup using the previous methos. How can we change so many products suddenly. And each product has different pricing. So we will have to create 3000 templates?

Can we somehow use the previous method and still stay up to date with other extensions such as woocommerce?

    Thank you

    Hi softechx7

Thank you for contacting us. You can create a template when you want to change something in the settings. You can specify product, product categories template will be the template will include.

The plugin does not have a button, will change set up with one click. If you want to stay with the older setup, you need to downgrade the plugin.

Could you tell me the way you set product set up previous? Maybe there is a way to solve your problem. Have you got product groups with the same set-up, or do all products have individual settings?

    Kind regards,

Hey, thank you for your response..!

We have thousands of products which have different prices. So clearly, we will have to make separate template for each of them.. right?

I’ve already downgraded the plugin. But I wonder for how long it will work with new coming woocommerce updates and other extensions as well.

    Thank you

    Hi softechx7

I understand. You will have to prepare separate templates for each product with a different price. Perhaps a good solution would be to set this up on the page copy? When everything is ready, you will be able to transfer these settings directly to the actual shop.

We do not support the older version. It will remain usable as long as WordPress and WooCommerce allow it. It’s hard to say until when.
