New tab or pop-up for radio station site

Howdy! I was hoping to get a bit of feedback on how to best go about streaming our radio station while leaving website visitors with the opportunity to surf the site. Our stream comes from a third party host, so I have a link that I’d like to use.

As for the usability of the site, 3 out of 4 of us want the music to start streaming when someone visits. So we figure that it should be a separate tab/popup/window from the main site.

What are your suggestions?
