New support chat widget is not working

When I go to Woocommerce.com > Support > Start Chat a chat window does indeed opening up in the bottom right corner, however it is showing me my old chat conversation from a few days ago and NO new agent is typing any messages, its as if it isn’t connecting at all.
I dont beleive its a case of an agent not being available or all of them maxed out…I have left the chat screen opening for over 8 hours and no one came.
Any ideas?? This is for a paid woocommerce plugin.

I tried the chat function on my end, and indeed, I can see my old conversation there. Also, I was able to get a response from a Happiness Engineer as you can see below:
Can you please try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser or in incognito mode and see if that works?
