New subscribers not showing up

  • I am a new user and have the Jetpack plug in. Initially 2 subscribers showed up and they are on my stats page. Since then 3 more have tried to sign up (including me – the administrator). They are not on my stats page and NONE of us are getting emailed when a new post is published. Please help!! I have an event in a few days and NEED this to work!!
    I have tried deleting and reinstalling Jetpack and also have the latest version of Jetpack.

  • I’m not sure, it has to do with jetpack plugin, did you tried to deactivate all plugins and activate one by one and test the site. Sometime, plugins clashed each other and things go wrong.
