New Subscribers Not Showing In Email List

Hi, Tara. I haven’t downloaded any plugins. This is a feature on my active theme- Cubic. Also, folks are subscribing with WP’s follow button. Site is globaldebauchery.wordpress.com Wondering if I carried over the subscription form from my prior theme Hemingway and that’s causing issues? I seem to be getting some subscriptions, though I couldn’t say which way they’re subscribing (follow button or Contact in my main menu).
