New Subscribers not on WP3

    Greetings, I installed free version of MP3 a couple of days ago, but still have MP2 installed. I’ve noticed that since I migrated the subscribers list, new subscribers only appear on the MP2 list, and not on the MP3 list.
    Additionally, I regularly clean out and delete the bot subscribers through word press, but they don’t seem to get deleted on MP3.

    Hi there @danila-mansfield,

    As you’ve upgraded from V2 to V3. Have you also updated your forms? If not the forms will still be for V2 and that would explain the issue. Have a read through this: https://beta.docs.mailpoet.com/article/199-checklist-after-migrating-to-mailpoet3

    On the list issue, is this a custom list or the WordPress users list?

    The updater from MP 2 to 3 does not update your forms and widgets. Many people have found this out the hard way. Your form shortcode will continue to subscribe new users to the old MP2 database of subscribers, not the new one you created when you updated. This is very confusing and awkward.

    The first thing to do after the upgrade is update all your short code forms. If your shortcode says wysija, that’s the old one.
