    Subscribers recieve the email like a ‘you have been succesfully subscribed’. But mailchimp list is not updating. How can I solve it?

    One more issue: double opt-in is enabled. But I just get email like a ‘you have been succesfully subscribed’. No need confirmation

    Hi,

    Another plugin or your theme is picking up the form submit and overwriting our forms settings / submitting it to MailChimp their own way,instead of via our plugin.

    That is what is causing these issues.

    It;s happening in this file: https://staging.betfy.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/fvm/cache/header-aef92563-0.min.js that is not related to our plugin but is targeting our forms specifically.

    Hi,

    I’ve signed up with [email protected] to the form in the footer and it works normal, you should see me in your list.

    Please note that we usually don’t check resolved tickets so next time better create your own ticket. Especially since the problem is often not actually the same.

    If you still have some issue, please create a NEW ticket!

    Ok, thank you very much. I appreciate your help (and yes in the future will create a new ticket, I just got excited to see someone saying the same thing as we were experiencing and pounced on it, but I totally understand). Thanks again.
