New subscribers not added to Getresponse list

    Hi, i just set up Mailmunch and integrated it with my Getresponse account using the API but when i test it for some reason it seems new subscribers aren’t being added to my Getresponse list and no autoresponder email (which i have set up on Getresponse) is being sent. Any ideas what could be wrong and how to fix it?

    I contacted support using the “contact support > contact us” link on the Mailmunch plugin tab on WordPress admin panel. Is this what you mean or is there another way to open a support ticket? Also not really sure where i can view my ticket – will i receive a reply from support directly to my email?

    Terry, Is this issue resolved for you? I corresponded with you on this issue and haven’t heard back yet and I need to close this thread if this issue is resolved.
