    Hi, Since a few days, new customers can’t subscribe to my clients digital subscriptions. There seems to be a problem with accepting payments for just the subscriptions (payments for all other products are fine). There are haven’t been any changes on the site settings in the last few week, so there must be another issue. Also, I’ve checked issues with the caching plugin; there are none. WP and all plugins are up to date. I’ve included a link to one of the products I’m having issues with. Any ideas? Many thanks!

    To better assist you, could you please confirm which plugin or extension you’re using for subscriptions? Additionally, are you seeing any error messages when processing payments for subscription-based products? If so, please share screenshots of the error messages using a service like https://snipboard.io/.

    In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Hi! Thank you so much for taking the time to look into this. In answer to your questions (first time I used Gist, hopefully this works for you):
    1. Woocommerce Subscriptions 6.3.2
    2. There are no error messages on the back end regarding processing payments, as far as I can see.
