New subscribers are not importing

    When i try to import new subscribers to my existing list by uploading a csv file it shows an error message:
    “An error has happened while performing a request, the server has responded with response code 200”

  • Hi there!

    That error is displayed when something on your server prevents Ajax requests from working properly. Maybe the CSV file is too big, and your server can’t import them all at once.

    Would you mind trying to split the CSV file into smaller files?

    Thanks for your support! I was able to import subscribers to my email list after splitting the file. Previously it had more than 200 subscribers and then i split the file into 100 subscribe.
