    After adding a new subscriber to two email lists, via:

    MailPoet>Subscribers>+ Add New

    I complete the details correctly for the subscriber and click [Save].

    A message appears saying the new subscriber has successfully been added, but when I go to the lists to see if the new subscriber is listed there, she is not.

    I have checked: number of subscribers is approx 300/1000; subscriber is correctly listed as a WordPress user; I have checked all lists and re-sync’d MailPoet to WordPress users.

    Why is the new subscriber not being added to MailPoet?

    Since the user is already a subscriber on your site (WordPress Users), it is necessary to edit them on WP-Admin > MailPoet > Subscribers instead of adding them from scratch.
