    Hi @sprovvidenza,

    The payment/registration with the Manual/Offline payment gateway is a bit different than the rest, let me explain:

    When a user subscribes to a plan through the Manual / Offline payment gateway, his account will be created immediately but his subscription will be pending until it is confirmed by an administrator. So when the user subscribes through the Manual/Offline payment, they will receive only the default user role of your site (in your case, I think that is the “Subscriber” user role). For the user to also receive the user role associated with the subscription plan and for this membership to be successfully activated, you (as an Administrator) will need to go to Paid Member Subscriptions -> Payments -> mouse over the payment made by that user -> and now click on the “Complete Payment’ button.
