New Subscriber /Default Email Address

When new subscribers join, I am sent an alert as the Admin. How do I turn that off?
It appears that this plugin has identified the first Admin as the site owner so I am also getting this warning:
“You appear to be sending notifications from **@**.com, which has a different domain name than your blog server localhost. This may result in failed emails.”Is there a way to change this default address so these errors go away?
