New students are not enrolled in their group’s courses

    Hi,
    I’ve been using Masterstudy with success for a while. But I have a new problem : when I add a student to an existing group (that already have bought courses), the student is not enrolled in any of the courses bought by the group.
    A few month ago, I had no problem with that feature, I guess something has changed with one of the last updates, but I can’t figure what.
    Can you help me ?

    We didn’t detect such kind of issue with the latest versions of the LMS plugin. If you are using the MasterStudy theme. We recommend you create a ticket on our support site, and our managers will test it in a deeper way >>> support site

    Thank you for your answer, unfortunately I don’t have access to your support site anymore, my license is outdated.
    I’ll try to see if there’s a compatibility problem. The strange thing is that the website is exactly the same (except for the updates), and it was working fine.

    Hi,

    Please check if you have any third-party plugins installed that can trigger such cases by temporarily disabling third-party plugins that directly interact with the LMS.

    Also, please renew your support subscription and create a new ticket for this request, as we are not allowed to answer questions related to another product (in this case Theme) in the plugin comments. Create a new ticket

    I don’t really get the point. Your advice is to disable third-party plugins that interact with the LMS (The plugin ?) and then say that the question is not related to the plugin but to the theme.
    Anyway, I’ve disabled all the non-vital plugins but the problem is still here. I’m just gonna disable the group function.

    Usually, unexpected cases and restrictions come from the third-party extra plugins, as we didn’t detect with the default LMS plugin such kind of case, we have suggested you check by deactivating all the other plugins except LMS plugins
