New Student Entry Error

  • Hello,
    When I add new student this error shows:

    Oops! Something went wrong try again.

    I have sent many emails on your support email address, You asked for hosting control panel and website login details. I send all details but problem is still exist. I am facing same error on my another website also.

    Hi @aikzhobi,

    We tried login and access your WP dashboard but we were not able to go to admin dashboard. We had tested our plugin from our end and we are not having any issues in adding a new student. It might be possible that your issue is site specific. You can check out our consulting options for site specific issues.
