New stores are not appearing on the search

  • Thanks for the good plugin. After seeing this, I started to use your plugin on my website and after nearing 60th showrooms, I can’t able to add some addresses. When I add new store, it directly goes to “Pending” status. Also, its not appearing on the search. My website is https://www.phiferindia.com > showrooms link. I tried in settings page as well but can’t figure where the problem is. Please help me fix the issue, I have to add more showrooms.

    If it goes to pending then the Google Geocode API can’t convert the address you set into a set of coordinates, and without those coordinates, the locations won’t show up in the search results.

    So try to change the structure of the address, and try to save it again. You can also check the respond from the Geocode API on this page. Just open it in your browser, and fill your address after address=

    Also the Google Maps library is loaded twice on this page, and this can also cause issues.

    You can check this by viewing the source of the page ( ctrl + u in Firefox ), then search for maps.google. You can fix this by going to the WPSL settings page -> Tools section and enable the compatibility mode.

    Thanks a lot, Tijmen! It works. I first used the area and city in Address 1 and marked the Lat & Long and then inserted the door # and stuffs. Thanks again and it works and appear on the search.
