[NEW] SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.

  • On two of my web sites Easy WP SMTP stopped working recently so WP can no longer send emails and it seems to effect Contact 7 Innbound form , too.

    I use Gmail for Business and the password and email are correct

    Has anyone encountered this? Thank You

    Hi mbrsolution. Just the normal theme and plugin updates. Cloudways host says nothing has changed on their side

    I am wondering if your theme or plugin update might have caused this issue. Your error above mentions your Gmail account. Can you check to make sure you Gmail account is working correctly. You might want to get in contact with Gmail support about this issue.
