New sku on duplicate

    Hello,

    I believe that when a duplicate product is created the sku should be a new one and not the previous sku with -1 at the end

    Sorry for my late reply.

    I create a new product with auto generated sku e.g. xxxxxx

    when this product is duplicated, it creates an sku like xxxxxx-1

    It would be nice if a new sku is generated in the duplicated product

    Hi,

    I have the same issue.
    I duplicated a product and it gave it the exact same sku! (settings same as the person above)

    Is there any solution to this?
