    Hello!

Here are a few more websites to block:
    – free-floating-buttons.com
    – how-to-earn-quick-money.com

Besides those domains I can see in my Analytics other referrals already on your block list but I presume they are ghost referrals.
If it makes a difference, here they are:
    – darodar.com
    – hongfanji.com
    – chinese-amezon.com
    – event-tracking.com
    – free-social-buttons.com
    – floating-share-buttons.com
    – get-free-social-traffic.com
    – get-free-traffic-now.com

@mickmel Would you please encourage folks to follow your FAQ for these reports:

Absolutely! We’d love to add more to the list of bots being blocked. Please email us at plugins (at) greenmellenmedia (dot) com and we’ll look into it.

Or, perhaps add a reporting mechanism to your plugin?

Seeing spam domains freely posted to public forums doesn’t leave me with a good feeling.

Eusebiu — Thanks for the new ones. We’ll get those added in the next update. For the ghosts, here is a tutorial on how to block those in Analytics: https://www.greenmellenmedia.com/blocking-ghost-referrals-in-google-analytics/

James — I’m of a mixed mind. While it doesn’t leave me with a good feeling either, it can be useful for others to see them listed. I personally spend time on other sites looking for the latest reported issues so I can add them to this plugin, and I suspect others do the same. Keeping this information freely available seems to be wise. As long as we’re not linking them, I’m not sure I see a problem.

My mistake, James! I should have checked the FAQ tab before posting.
And thank you, mickmel, for the tutorial.

Perhaps I should clarify my thinking that it draws attention and traffic to these spammy sites, essentially exactly what you’re trying to prevent with your plugin.
