New site url, how to update all download links?

I have moved my site to a new domain name. I have updated the site url in the WordPress settings and updated permalinks etc, everything is working fine except the downloads. When I click download, it is trying to link to the old url.

When I edit a download, I can see under Downloadable Files/Versions > File URL(s) (which is a text box) it still shows the old urls.

I could go through and change these manually, but I have over 100 downloads.

I have attempted to find the field in phpmyadmin to do a find and replace but can’t see it.

Any advice please?
