new site start with pages and …

Hi.
I was installed multi wordpress site. and it’s works well.
but I want to: when a new site created by the users. make a configured site or clone a site to new site automatically.
How Can I to do this?

This plugin isn’t automatically. (ns-cloner-site-copier)

I want when users make a new site. (by the Registration form)
That site will have pages and design by default structure. (That we already design for this….)
