New site but Woocommerce 504 issue

Hi all,

I have just launched a new site and have installed woocommerce. As soon I have installed though I keep getting 504 errors when trying to add a price to a product but then also when I try to delete any other plugin.

There are no plugin conflicts as I have disabled everything and have ensured I have tried changing the theme (both Astra and default 2021 have been tried).

Tables have been cleansed (even though they have just been created)

Caches have all been cleared

Siteground has said its not them after checking!

Every plugin has been disabled to ensure no conflicts.

I have tried all the recommendations on previous 504 issues with woocommerce (including the guide on kinsta)

Im now at a loss!

Is this a known issue with woocommerce at all if so any thoughts on how to resolve?
