New Site Added: Admin Confirm: But Site not on server

The link is to my main site. I have several subdomains with different blogs. I’ve never had a problem setting them up. I created a new site https://rw.roamer-educational-robot.com/ and got an email from Admin saying it had been set up. It appears in the site list, but when I try and go the the dashboard or view the site I get a message saying the site cannot be found. Any ideas?
