New Sign Ups Not Working

Hello,

The front of the form looks great on the front page but whenever anyone signs up, it isn’t working – no confirmation email, no new newsletter subscribers. Can someone please help me fix this? I’d hate to use another subscription form.

I don’t want to use the new MailChimp one as I’m using that in my sidebar on my blog page and the formatting needs to be different.
