new sign-ups from popup not showing consistently in mailchimp

    Hi – I have the pop-up working for a certain page on my website. The integration to mailchimp is conencted. When I test adding names to the pop-up form, only certain test email addresses are showing up in the form. For instance, “[email protected]” is one of my addresses, and that one is showing up in Mailnchimp. However, when I add “[email protected]” – that is not showing up. “[email protected]” also doesn’t show up…

    I have tried testing with automatically “opt-in” checked and not checked. I have no idea why some addresses are working and other aren’t.

    Also, the pop-up doesn’t show up when using safari.

    And it’s not working on mobile phones in chrome or safari, either.

    Hi @texasanniemusical,

    Should I click any specific section to get the popup to load? At the moment, I’m not able to find a popup loading.

    Could you also please go to Hustle > Email List and check the submissions which didn’t end up in Mailchimp and see if there are any errors picked specific to Mailchimp? There should be info as seen in the following screenshot:
