New sign up emails not overiding core email

    After some research, i decided your products cover my needs. One of which is to edit the core ‘New user’ email. I have tried and its looks to be configured properly but upon testing, i still receive the original/core email

    Thanks for your message.

    This usually happens when another plugin or the theme is preventing BNFW from overriding the default notification from WordPress.

    Your best bet is to make your way through this document to see if you can narrow down the issue.
