New Setup running slow

Hi,

I have just setup a new lastest versionWordpress site manully on Ionos and when I access the default pages take ages to load and the backend is very slow.

If I try and add a new plugin I get the error “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration.”

I am not sure if its something I have done as not used WordPress before or its to do with IONOS.
