    Just installed WS Desk. All of our WP users are now showing as WS Desk agents. I can remove role, one by one but doesn’t seem to remove the users from the list. They also mostly show as administrator, some as WS Desk Supervisor. Meanwhile, that is not how they are in WP.

    WSDesk by default adds wordpress administrator users as as admin/supervisor agents. But other users like Editor, Author etc will not be auto-added.

    But they aren’t admins. We used other ticket systems. They are other categories/roles but none admins. The admins do have roles in your list but every user regardless of admin is in your systems list! Lots to deal with/Go thru and even if I remove the role, they still appear in your list of admins.

    Other than myself and one other user, all are customers that are in our system. They appear and list in your system “admin” to the right of the name but none of those are admins users of any kind in the system overall. Some of the other systems listed people as subscribers or some type of support user but not an admin. We’ve tested and/or used other systems and that is how these folks signed up. However, again, none of the ones that still won’t remove from your list are an admin.
