New section Offline&Pending does’nt work

The links to the tickets should be sent only after the tickets have been paid by bank transfer. That is why I changed some files in MY TICKET. In the “Pending & Offline” status now has been sent the text which I entered in section “Reimbursed”. That worked.
After the Update to version 1.4.13 I wanted to re-insert these changes because they are not update-safe. But you have now added the section Offline & Pending. Thanks a lot for this! There I now the information to the bank connection for the payment registered. But in a test, however, the text from section “Completed” with the links to the tickets is still sent. In your documentation I read: “Ticket IDs are not generated until the payment is completed, so for any payment that has not been completed, no tickets will exist.” But the tickets are displayed: https://hahnemannzentrum-meissen.de/tickets/?ticket_id=wo21197d7dd2460000
I thought, now in Version 1.4.13 after the Order should be sent the text from section Offline & Pending? Isn’t so?
