New Revision Button + Admin Bar Link

    Currently only using the history screen & revision preview functionality and have all settings turned off.
    This 3.0 update introduced a New Revision button in the post edit screen side panel and a link in the admin bar.
    If Scheduled Revisions/Revision Queue are turned off, should these new links be appearing?
    Is there a way to turn these options off or associate those with the current settings so they only appear if those settings I mentioned are turned on.
