I am using the free account and the free widget maker in the wordpress plugin settings. I made a widget a couple weeks ago, but I just noticed that it still shows the same reviews and same total number of reviews even though I have more now. How do I get the widget to update and show the correct number of reivews?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello Derek,

These are paid package features (for example):
    – Auto review downloading,
    – Unlimited number of reviews,
    – Many reviews (from different platforms) in the same widget,
    – Many widget layouts at the same time.

You can find our packages here: https://www.trustindex.io/prices/

So if you want to show your new reviews, you have to download the new ones under the “My Review” tab. (There will be a time-limited button)

Please, let us know if you have any question about the service,
    Tom

    Hi Tom,

in the features marketing list, you state, that the forever free version has the lack of the need of manually polling new reviews onto the site.

    This was acceptable…!

Yesterday, the button was gone and I was searching long time on your website and on mine…

Today, reading the support answer, I have the feeling, that trustindex has integrated a bad behaviour, but please, before I vote for this plugin, explain what does it mean?:

So if you want to show your new reviews, you have to download the new ones under the “My Review” tab. (There will be a time-limited button)

You are not cheating with your customers?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello @designguide ,

    Some thoughts:
    – Why would you give a bad rating if you are using this plugin for free?
    – Why do you say we cheat? what is fraud here

    The communication is clear:
    – in free version there is NO automatic update. BUT! You can do it under the “My reviews” tab. It is a time-limited button: So, once you have clicked it, you could do it again after 1-2 weeks.
    – in the Trustindex admin there is no button like this,. because there is no need for that. Update is automatic there…

You can aks why is the limitations? ?? Because of free users ??

We believe this is a fair compromise for small businesses. Do you know better?

    Let me know your thoughts,

Hi, I have a similar problem. New reviews do not appear, I have a paid package.

Webiste is mojaselidba.com, please take a look.

At the top the small widget shows 62 reviews which is true, it is a free widget.

Below I have a paid widget that constantly shows 58 reviews, also does not display the last few reviews that have a comment and a rating of 5 which is a condition for showing.

I have included in the options to do daily synchronization but it does not work.

when I log in to the admin account, Home -Platform Setup, Number of reviews – downloading … flashes all the time and never ends.

    Thanks bye
