    Hi haneeking,

It looks like you have the “Require Admin Approval” option set as “Yes”. When this option is set as “Yes”, by default the reviews would be saved as draft under “Awaiting Approval” tab. You will have to manually approve and publish each review before you can see them in your “Approved Reviews” tab and on the front-end review page. So, make sure you manually approve the reviews under awaiting approval before being published in the site. This option is available in the “Restrictions” section of the “Premium” area of the “Options” tab.

Thank you for contacting me back. I do not have the approval options added.
    The options are as :
    Require Admin Approval -no
    Require Author Email – no
    Require Email Confirmation – no
Display Form on Confirmation – yes
    Require Login – no

    Hi haneeking,

Could you please share the shortcodes you’re using to accept and display the reviews? If you’re seeing the reviews in the “Approved Reviews” tab, then all the reviews should also appear on the front end unless you haven’t selected a product name in the shortcode attribute (then it would show reviews for only that product).
Also, as a test case could you please add the following shortcode to a blank page without using any page builder or visual composer and see if it displays all the approved reviews?

    [ultimate-reviews ]

I appreciate your help. Does the options to display reviews change whether you have the upgraded version of the plugin or not? I can only see my first 10 reviews on my dashboard under reviews summary. I have multiple categories made but none of them show up when I go to one of my pages and use the drop in add on. Only one category shows up to choose from. I do not have any of my reviews marked under a category and have just the basic [ultimate-reviews ] on my page. When using this code I only get the reviews that show up on the dashboard. I have more reviews that do show up in my sidebar rotator for visitors but they can not see those reviews otherwise. I also do not have an approved reviews tab.

    Hi haneeking,

The options to display the reviews does not depend on the plugin version(free/premium) that you might have. You should be able to see all the reviews if you use the [ultimate-reviews] shortcode.
If you do not see the “Approved Reviews” tab in the plugin dashboard, do you see other tabs or are those also not being shown? If you could share a screenshot, that would make it faster and easier to resolve your queries.

I am including links to the page on my site that has the reviews as well as screenshots to the review page in the admin area.

I see 14 reviews on the page here: https://soleessentials.com/testimonials/. Is anything different about the other 7 reviews that aren’t showing? What do you have set in the “Reviews Per Page” option? How are you creating all the reviews, and does it makes a difference if the review is created manually or submitted via the front end for whether or not it displays?
