new reviews not downloading

    Hi, I’ve added the free version of your plugin to my website. I can see on the free version, new review downloads are available every 2 weeks. I’ve waited 2 weeks, clicked the ‘download new reviews’ button, but it’s not pulled anything through. Can you help?
