New Relic Browser Monitoring auto injection works only if page cache is disabled

Hi,
I have enabled the automatic New Relic Browser Monitoring in the newrelic.ini.
It works only if the W3TC Page Cache is disabled.
The Javascript from New Relic is removed if I enable Page Cache.
Any idea why?
