New Release to Fix Edit & Expire Issue

    Hello,

    I saw that others have been experiencing the same issue as I where after editing a post, Post Expirator becomes active and sets a post to draft in about 12 hours after the saved edit. I downloaded the temporary fix you provided and all seems well, again.

    My questions is when do you anticipate releasing a fixed full release?

    @foundryideas We released that fix last week in 2.6.2.

    I’ve Post Expirator 2.6.2 with WP 5.8.1 but the bug still there. When I update any page in the site and save automatically I have an expiration. In all kind of pages of my site…

    I really can’t understand what’s happened but now is absolutely impossible to reproduce the “error”.

    It was enough to edit and existing page, change just text for example, and then save (update) modifications and automatically PagExp add the expiration date. Same in case of a draft page that I decide to publish definitively. PagExp add the expiration date.

    Yesterday after a log out and a log in on the the site where I’m currently work this phenomenon didn’t happened again.

    I can’t reproduce this “error” again and for this moment I didn’t try to a new site.

    Hello confirming that this is still a problem.

    I’m on:
    PublishPress Future 2.7.0
    WordPress 5.8.2

    This seems to happen on edit of existing post/pages (although inconsistently).
    No issues when creating a new post/page.
