    We have tried to manually add vendors in our end and thought as the option turned on then the email and password will be automatically sent to vendor but vendor never gets mail and admin(we) get a mail that new seller registered. How to fix?

    I tried to put vendor mail but still only admin get notification.

    What i want that, use will get the email and send link to generate password and complete his account

    Hello @blogchemistry,

    To resolve this issue, please install and activate the User Switching plugin on your marketplace and check whether any email is triggered for the vendors or not. If any email triggers from the website and the vendor does not receive it, please contact your hosting provider for the further assistance. On the other hand, if any email does not trigger from the website for the vendors, please let me know. I am looking forward to your reply.

    I installed User switching plugin and activated. But still only admin get the mail. I tried with several mail. No one get notified as they have been chosen as vendor in our site.

    If a vendor does not get the mail that their account has been manually in our website, and they will notified with a link to create account. Then what is the purpose to this function? https://snipboard.io/oRYm7T.jpg
