New Registration mails not getting delivered

  • I have the latest version.Earlier new sign up wordpress used to send mails.Using WP-Mail SMTP by wpforms.Currently new sign up mails are not been sent.Other mails like lost password option does send out the mail.Kindly assist

  • Check your SMTP mail settings. Are you using a shared hosting server?

    Yes I am using Godaddy with WP-MAIL Smtp earlier it was fine.Mails are sent through SMTP.Now lost password mail arrives but new registration mail is not getting sent

    Some shared hosting servers have mail limitations. Make sure you are not hitting going above limits.

    If some mails are being sent, it might be an issue with your hosting provider. I strongly suggest you to talk to their tech support.

    I had called them they have no clue as it’s in development,mails flow fine when I click on lost password that which requires mail to be sent only issue no mail anytime for new sign up
