New registration email not sent

  • Hello,

    I’m contacting you because I’ve installed the plugin on my WP website and the plugin is actually not sending the notifications when a new user is registered.

    I’ve configured all with Gmail and the test email is working fine so the issue is not related to the Gmail config.

    Does anyone has any idea on what could be going on?

    I’ll much appreciate any help.

    Hi,

    1. Are you on Multisite?
    2. How is the user created? Custom code, some other plugins handle that (like BuddyPress etc)?
    3. How about other emails (not test email, but others) – are they sent correctly?

    Thank you for your reply.

    1. No, no multisite
    2. The accounts are created with the normal WordPress process….no plugin installed for this
    3. Other emails are working properly, I’ve installed for example a plugin for sending emails to users when a new Post is publish and that works fine.

    The issue seem to be only related to notifications linked to user registration process.
