New registration email not sending to Admin

    I am running the latest wordpress & buddypress and since 2/3 weeks i am not receiving new user notification wherein it sends out to the newly registered user.

    Also, I don’t receive any email from the contact form but the person who has contacted received the notification email which I allow the mark a copy the sender.

    I also tried deactivating all the plugins, except leaving buddypress, still I am facing the issue. Any suggestion would be a great help.

    Hi Pankaj, thanks for the response.

    Yeah I have checked the spam folder and nothing is there. Also I have noticed that main site is not having any issue.
    I have egfschool.net as main site and alumni.egfschool.net as subsite, basically alumni folder path is egfschool.net/wp-contents/alumni.

    I am getting email for registration in egfschool.net but not in alumni.egfschool.net. Is there anything to do wp-mail.php??

    I found the issue, that was conflicting with the “Confirm User Registration” plugin, now I have removed this and fine.
