    Anyone here knows why newly registered user still receives the WordPress default email notification (Plain Text). Nevertheless, Admin receives the customized HTML without a problem.

    On the “Notification For” field, when selecting the “New User Registration – For User”, a message shows up:
    “This notification does not support additional email fields due to a limitation in WordPress.”

    Please let me know how to solve the issue.

    Thanks for your message.

    If a notification isn’t being overriden then it’s most likely a plugin or theme conflict causing an issue. You may find this troubleshooting guide helpful in narrowing down the cause of the problem: https://betternotificationsforwp.com/documentation/how-can-i-receive-the-best-support/

    With regards to the message you’re seeing, there’s no way to solve this – as the message states, it’s a limitation in WordPress where the default WordPress email being overriden doesn’t provide the nessecery filters to be able to change the output of those fields before they are included in the outgoing email. As such, there’s no way for BNFW to be able to change them. Sorry I can’t help further with this part.

    However, that is too bad you launch a plugin in the market, but you cannot debug and solve the issue.

    Hi @cybitit,
    Without knowing what plugins you have installed, I can’t debug it but I can offer help by suggesting ways that you can see if you can find the cause of the issue.
    A good place to start would be plugins that offer Membership functions or other email functions. These are usually the plugins that can cause conflicts. Most issues with conflicts can be resolved once we find out which one is causing the problem.
