New registered user not showing up in stats?

    Hi there,

    I had a new registered user to my website today (for which I have their IP address) but I can’t see their IP address anywhere in the stats and they are not coming up as known user?

    Under Settings > General – I have Activate Tracking set to YES.
    And Javascript Mode set to YES (as I use WP Super Cache).
    Under Settings > Filter – I have Track Users set to YES.

    Any reason why this new user is not being picked up in the stats?

    We have an add-on that allows you to manually associate io addresses to known users in SlimStat.

    I do have some registered users that show up on my stat site page but others that do not. not sure why some pass through and others don’t. i just updated wordpress but nothing has changed. also, i have people who have confirmed their subscriptions in their emails, and they are still not showing up on my stats page. any ideas? thanks

    SlimStat doesn’t seem to be currently enabled on this site.

    Contact us with an admin account so that we can troubleshoot the issue.

    So, it turns out thigh828 didn’t have SlimStat enabled but another stat plugin. Facepalm ??
