New ReadyGraph banner now displayed at top of page

Hi.
I have just noticed, since an update, that readygraph is displaying a ppc banner at the top of all my pages. I have completely uninstalled readygraph and checked via ftp on the server (it is gone). But, the unwanted banner still remains. This is unacceptable for my site and I want to remove it! Can someone give me an idea of how to remove it? Thank you in advance!
