?The project function is not working.
The plugin was installed for a specific theme I purchased on themeforest.

    No new plugin was installed.

    Wordpress 4.7.3

    Multisite

    All recommended plugins are installed.

I followed the documentation and what it outlined and followed it.
Not a public registration site – though it was enabled to troubleshoot the situation for now.

I’m using super-admin account to do this and it still doesn’t work.

I also created administration account separately to troubleshoot and it did not work.

There is no way to promote a member to a group moderator or a group administrator from the theme settings or wordpress settings but both accounts are set to administrator role within wordpress settings.

    Hey, Eliypark

    Good to see your here.

It is great to learn that you are using Multisite. First of all, have you enabled the ‘Groups’ component in the BuddyPress?

To promote a member to a group moderator, you go to the group page, under ‘Manage’, click on ‘Members’. See screenshot below:

No such display was ever found under member’s section on the group page in the theme, Thrive.
Groups components were turned on as noted on the documentation related to the theme mentioned.

Your username here is same as on themeforest.

    Thanks for the refund.

Yes, my username is the same since I’m the main developer of the Thrive WordPress Theme.

That is weird. The screenshot is taken from Thrive WordPress Theme. Note that the ‘Manage’ section can only be accessed by a group administrator or a moderator.

If you access the theme’s online demo https://thrive-demo.dunhakdis.me/groups/blade-runner/admin/manage-members/ you can see that you can promote and manage the members.

You might need to login. Here is the demo username and password

It would be really great if you can share your site to me [joseph at dunhakdis.com] so that I may experience the issue first hand.

    Thanks ??

I’m not going to able to keep the theme so why should I fix it.
I’m literally working for you by submitting this because I won’t get anything out of it.

I spent hours setting it up and your partner or yourself on themeforest site left very disgusting impression. The comments were passive aggressive and childish. And he is still doing it right now. Again, I’m guessing it could be the same person so, you could be doing that.

I hope you guys do better job for people who are paying additional money for the support.

    Hi, Eliy!

Sorry if you feel that way. My only goal here is to help you with your issues regarding TaskBreaker plugin.

Anyways, if you are looking to use TaskBreaker with other theme and encounter an issue. Please do not hesitate to open an issue here.

    Best Regards,
    Joseph
