    Hi. We have added some new products to our site which is on WooCommerce. I have gone into CTX feed to try and update it as I noticed the products not showing in Google Merchant Center.

    I clicked regenerate but the products did not appear in the feed file. I clicked “Save” in the manage feed section but no update either. I am getting the below message when I click “Update and generate feed” when I go into manage feed:

    “No product found with this configuration. Please modify the configuration.”

    When I go to status and copy status I am getting the same message.

    Am I missing something that is preventing the new products from going into the current feed?

    The free version of CTX Feed does not have any filter options enabled, which means it is unlikely that the plugin is unable to find products due to a filter issue. However, if you are using the pro version, please ensure that you have not added any filters that do not match any of your store items.

    If you are using the free version and still encountering this issue, we request that you contact us directly through this link. We may need to inspect the backend, which is not allowed to be shared on this forum.

    Before reaching out to us, we suggest changing the product query type. Please go to CTX Feed settings > Product Query Type > change it to “Both” and try generating the feed again.

    Hi Mansary

    I have gone to settings and updated the Product Query Type to ‘Both’ but still getting the same error message when I select update and generate feed:

    No product found with this configuration. Please modify the configuration.

    I will follow the above link and reach out that way to resolve the issue.
