    Hi there,

    We had awesome experience with linking/synchronising our WordPress product catalogue to Facebookto enable product linking on facebook.
    Ever since yesterday for some weird reason on wordpress when I set up a new product the Facebook ID won’t show anymore.
    At the same time the last 3 products I added yesterday didn’t synchronise and therefore can’t be tagged on Instagram.
    Usually products were immediately available to tag..
    Tried to refresh connection, tried to upload manually, Plugin is on the latest version, WooCommerce is on 3.8 ( is this the problem ? scared to to the big backup update at the moment)
    Please help I am slowly going crazy.

    Thanks so much for reaching out to us about Facebook for WooCommerce. I’m happy to help out. ??

    While we always recommend running the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and the plugin, 3.8 shouldn’t be a problem here.

    With our current version of the plugin, you’re looking at synchronization that happens hourly, so it makes sense that things wouldn’t be immediately available to tag.

    Would you please let me know if this is still occurring or if, now that some time has passed, everything’s synchronizing appropriately?

    HI Julie! Thanks for getting back so quick.
    Oddly enough it DID always happen quite quickly (seemed to me it was set to some sort of push system. whenever we changed a product it would immediately pick up on it. Thats why we’re spoiled I guess.)
    Since 2 days no new product is beeing synchronized. Tried several things like uploading catalogue manually via link etc. Nothing of which helped.
    It is very frustrating for me as I don’t even know where to keep searching ?? nor whom to ask around here..
    Any help wouold be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks so much for the added information here, I appreciate it! Yes, it was previously done on product update, so I can understand why it taking longer is a bit frustrating. We’re working on it! ??

    Hi @littlewingconnections!

    So you’re saying that when you look at your Facebook Catalog, you’re seeing all your products synchronizing properly, is that correct?

    Is the main issue here that you can’t get these products to display on your Facebook Shop or through Instagram?

    Hi, no it’s the opposite. On wordpress the items say synced. On FB the products are not showing.

    Do you have multiple Facebook Catalogs? Can you look through and see if any catalog has your products?
