    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Facebook feed.

    I tried opening the debug.log URL but am getting a 403 error page, so I do not seem to be allowed to open it. Can you perhaps open it or grab the content of the debug.log directly from your server and share the content with us?

    In the mean time you could try lowering the batch size of the plugin as sometimes this issue happens when the plugin is running into server configuration limitations. Try lowering it from the default 750 products to, for example, 400 products. This blog post describes how to do that: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    I’ve moved the log file out to https://obchodumysaka.cz/wp-content/uploads/debug.log

    I’ll try with reducing the batch size now and get back to you.

    Had to drop the batch size down to 200 for it to work.

    Hi,

    Just giving some extra feedback.

    I was still getting duplicates in other feeds, so I increased the batch file to 1000 and every feed now is clean and no duplicates.
